My wife and I first moved up to Michigan after graduating from the University of Florida so I could begin working for Ford Motor Company. We have lived in the beautiful metro-Detroit area for over 30 years, where we were able to start and raise our family. Things were tough during the recession, but we took a chance and started investing in rental properties in March of 2006, and after retiring from Ford I was able to found Metro Realty Holdings. Today we have purchased, rehabbed, and listed over 60 properties!
